HowMuchTool is designed so there is little to collect. Calculator pages are static files and every calculation runs locally in your browser — the numbers you type are never sent to us.

What we collect

  • Calculator inputs: nothing. They stay on your device and disappear when you leave the page.
  • Accounts: none. There is no signup, so there are no usernames, passwords, or profiles to store.
  • Contact email: only if you email us. Your message is used solely to reply, and never sold or shared for marketing.
  • Basic server logs: standard web-server logs (pages requested, approximate region) used for reliability and abuse prevention, retained briefly.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-site cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before anything new is enabled.

Your rights

Because we hold no accounts and no calculation history, there is nothing to export or delete. For anything related to an email you sent us, contact hello@howmuchtool.com and it will be handled.
